I am the owner and founder of CPP Quantity Surveyors. I started the business in 2018 after a successful career in senior positions at tier-one contractors and quantity surveying companies, gaining extensive cost management experience in both Australia and the USA. This experience includes serving both public and private sector clients by providing cost estimating and quantity surveying services.

CPP Quantity Surveyors' founder, Gary, established the business after a successful career as both a consultant quantity surveyor and a construction estimator/cost planner for builders, developers and quantity surveyor (QS) firms.

Gary's vision for the business was to create a highly responsive, accurate, and reliable QS and cost estimating consultancy that offers quality, personal, and affordable services. Most of these services, such as cost estimating services, DA Cost Summary Reports & Estimated Development Cost (EDC) reports and QS reports for bank loans, can be conducted & prepared virtually, minimising overhead costs and assisting in keeping fees competitive .
